Mayweathers are only making these demands to tarnish Pacs rep!
Because they are jealous of Pacs achievements. Everything Pac has, PBF wants. The acclaim. Fighter of the decade status etc. And in demanding these tests and making these accusations they hope to tarnish Pacs rep, so PBF can overtake Pac in the ATG list. This is PBF last throw of the dice and hope. Desperation tactics at the highest level.
PBF never made such demands for any other big fight hes been in. So why reserve all this for Pac? Rhetorical question. The answer is above.Comment

Of course, he's jealous, he knows he couldn't do what Pac achieved, he won't even fight a genuine WW. He can't believe someone can be that good.Comment

Only a very small minority has secretly thought Pac is on roids
1) Mayweathers for the reasons above. The acclaim Pac has, the mayweathers want.
2) PBFs fans obviously make accusations to diminish Pacs achievements, and hopefully as a result their hero, PBF can rise above Pac. Its a long shot but desperate measures call for desperate tactics i think goes the saying.
3) People who made wrong predictions like Pac would lose to DLH, Hatton and Cott. For instance guys like Paul Mallignaggi said Pac would be the best boxer who ever lived if he beats Cotto. Now Paul has egg on his face he is making accusations. Basically a very small minority and a small minority with no credibility.
Most pro boxers salute Pacs achievements, so things have to be put into perspective.Comment
