****m Richardson was the one who caught Tito. And the one who caught Margarito. He has come out and said Tito's wraps were illegally wrapped, there was too much gauze.

He said Margarito had a foreign object that resembled plaster inserts in his wraps.

He said they were in no way close to being the same thing and that Margo's was way worse.
