            What belt are you talking about??? He doesnt have any major belt at 140 as far as i can recall, The ring belt yes but not any of the 4 major belts.

                                the ring title... I read something about him stripped of it if he doesnt declare a defense by February... which he wont so might as well let Bradley and Khan fight for it... and btw yeah Khan shouldnt be ranked #2 until he atleast beats a top five 140lb'er... Kotelnik wasnt a top 5 opponents IMO, maybe not even top 10 lol though he had a belt

                                    **** all you Khan haters. Kotelnik was the no.2 or no.3 when Amir fought him. So why you all hating on him being the no.2 in the 140 division right now. This hate has to stop.
