Pacquiao to be stripped of his title?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I read a few months ago that after the Cotto fight Pacquiao has 90 days to reach a deal to defend his 140lb title or he'll be stripped... Well obviously that's not gonna happen... So???

I think Bradley is #1 and Khan is #2.

The Ring title should be vacant. He's a champion at 147 now and his next fight is at 147. It's only fair.
