The Pacquiap camp wants to charge 10Mill for every pound over 147 on fight night or weigh-in?

I doubt Floyd will come in over 147 at the weigh in, he has never done that before.

10m il isn't a lot to Floyd. He's a billionaire and throws money away in clubs.

However he won't go over 147, but since he has done it at a weigh in before, I think it's only fair to make it 10 mil which Floyd will feel even as a billionaire.

floyd payed JMM 600k last time from his 15M+ purse. thats chump change.
thats basically the same as paying 1m out of 40m+. floyd could care less about 500-1m.
