The official 2009 fights of the year thread

2009 Has been a surprisingly great year for fight entertainment as we witnessed some amazing bouts unfold on our flatscreens, plasmas, sopcasts, streams, etc. I'm making this thread, not to vote one which fight should be considered FOTY, but point out some great fights that may have not gotten the attention they should have because of some of the more higher profile fights.

Of course, we have the obvious candidates:

Diaz/Marquez
Williams/Martinez
Ortiz/Maidana
Berto/Collazo

But what other fights had you guys at the edge of your seat?

I, for one, really enjoyed Lopez/Matwaga as well as Froch/Taylor.

Martinez vs Williams was a great fight for me. It had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Froch Taylor was exciting I have a soft spot for Taylor and was really yelling and screamng for him to hang on....Lefty

Yeah, saw highlights in GP's video. That **** looked insane. Wonder how much that fight too out of each fighter.
