Why do people always say Pacman is off balance?

IMO he is fine. I have yet to see him countered & dropped b/c he is off balance. I have never seen him falling over himself while attacking.

You need to watch Pacquiao's fights against healthy opposition. He is constantly off balance and gets caught with sharp counters coming in.

yup i noticed this too. when he swings that power punch and misses, looks like hes gonna fall. watch JMM, hoya and mid-round against cotto. the one with cotto was when he missed a punch and he ate a left hook.
