I don't see him being KOd for a long time. Frank Warren and Khan's family are making a lot of money out of him and there is a gullible following that are quite happy see him fight the Oisin ***ans and Salitas of the world. There is no way they will take a risk and take on big hitting fighters in case he gets KOd and the wheels come off the gravy train. Why take a risk when there are high earning low risk options out there.

Who is this "following" you refer to?

At this rate he'll never even get stunned. He's been carefully matched after the Prescott fight. They want a Malignaggi fight, that should tell you everything.

He shares the same coach as Pacquiao,so when reading a KJ post, that should tell you everything.

The only time Khan has been hurt and dropped hard was by a hard-hitting Prescott. Nobody had ever seen him fight before, so in a way Khan was the young guinea pig who had to show the boxing world what not to do against that guy.

He won't be making the same mistake again (i.e. with Maidana or another hard puncher), and neither will any of Prescott's opponents (all they have to do is watch Vazquez and Mitchell do their job). Khan has since learned plenty, but Prescott has gone backwards because of how limited he is.
That's fine you are entitled to your opinion. However, I believe he was hurt against Limond.

How do you know he won't make the same mistake again? He hasn't been threatened or faced adversity since then. Time will tell what happens with Khan, but IMO, just because he's now with Roach doesn't automatically make him invincible to big punchers.

Granted, I don't know what will happen later down the line - nobody can say things for certain about any fighter (unless it's predicting that Malignaggi will never stop another opponent in his life; that much can be said without hesitation :laff2: ), but speculation is all we can do.

The more I look at Khan's fights post-Prescott, I'm seeing things that will enable him to either not get hit by a hard punch whilst charging in silly, or simply his maturing frame allowing him to take punches better. Likewise in terms of boxing skill and handspeed, I see those attributes working in his favour to eliminate the whole "chinny" label that he's acquired.

I'd love to read some of the early internet discussions regarding Pacquiao after the Torrecampo and Sangsurat losses. I'm sure they would've been full of the same negative stuff - "When's the next time this Pinoy hypejob gets KTFO again? I bet it's soon, just look at him with his reckless style! He can't take a punch for ****".

                Hmm...

I've said previously that perhaps staying a lightweight hurt his ability to take punches. But at the same time, I believed him to be hurt against fighters such as Limond. Weight drained or not, that has raised some questions in my mind.

Is it possible that him maturing and honing his skills will help avoid big shots and to take them better? Sure, but we'll never no if he's not fighting a big puncher.

Which is exactly why I'd hate for him to fight the likes of Malignaggi, as opposed to the Maidanas and Urangos.

Then again, what if he fought Bradley or Alexander - they're not hard punchers, so would the "chinny" issue still arise if he beat them?

Bradley showed last fight that when he sits down, he has decent pop. Enough to the point that if Khan's chin is ****, it should trouble him.

I think Alexander might hit a bit harder than some think. Witter has a decent beard and Alexander rocked him with a nice counter left. Bradley also dropped him as well, so take from that what you will.
