What do you think of Jean Pascal?

He is not Arturo Gatti, but when you watch him fight, it is almost like Arturo gave Pascal the same type of fighting spirit. Watching him fight wounded and still throwing that right hand in pain brought back some memories of Arturo.

I love the guy, honestly never heard of him prior to the Froch fight but was rooting for him all the way when I was watching it.

He comes in shape, has good skills, and is exciting to watch. Also great that he ****ing loves a tear up. We need more people like him.

I REALLY want him to rematch Froch (Froch may be eager for belts in two weights etc), and I think Pascal would take him out late this time.

I cannot say I am impressed. He has talent, speed and skills, but something is missing with him. He lacks durability and confidence. He had confidence before, but I think he needs more time to get back to where he was. I will not write him off yet, but he just seems shaky now.

I question his chin to. Have you noticed how he never commits himself when he needs to keep the pressure on the opponent? he is always half way in and half way being overly cautious.

Pascal is fun to watch, a fast and very talented boxer with a big heart and it's easy to see that he's a big fan of Roy Jones jr. Another thing that makes him fun to watch is the fact that he looks beatable. He leaves himself open quite often and it looks like he's only one punch away from getting KO'd.
