        Yes, no doubt about it. PHD make you faster, stronger, bigger and with better reflexes. But is not as simple as it sounds you got to be on a top notch program and follow the cycles.

          I don't believe it does--it didn't help Vargas. I know some will say "it helps work out the shoulder and neck muscles"---okay, if that's the case...why couldn't Pacquiao do the same thing like Bradley and and Mayweather JR with neck excercises??? However, there is no proof neck excercises actually helps your punch resistence.

          I don't doubt it help fighers prepare their conditioning but your chin is your chin. It ain't going to change for the most part. If you get caught with a good punch--you're going down.

                They can. They can also effect the tenacity of a fighter witch can help them walk through things they might not be able to. With that said Pac is clean. No real evidence to say he isn't at the moment.
