Frank Cappuccino is my favorite, handled Tyson pretty well and also reffed Gatti Ward 1. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't ever have been able to watch that entire fight, any other ref would have stopped it.

I totally agree with you 100% solo, Cappuccino has the old school and can really tell the diference between an early stoppage and the right call. Mercante Sr was also a good ref, I believe he retired.

but that PISSES me off when the refs dont even give a chance for the fighter to get up when they werent even takin a beating
Dude I really hope you are not making that last sentence about the Tszyu Judah fight cause if you'll notice in the fight when Judah gets clocked and goes down not only does he get upall pidgeon toed and ****ed up but he actually looks right at Nady and tries to mutter some kinda mumbo jumbo before falling straight the **** down again. Said it before and I will say it again That was a good stoppage even though I would have loved to see Judah take more punishment in the next round.

All in all Mills Lane was an all time top notch ref. as well as Mitch Halpern who I feel was going to be easily the best ref of all time. Damn shame about him!

Easily the worst ref imo is Frank "I'd rather just stand here and yell at the fighters then actually do my job" Cappuchino or however the **** he spells it. that ****er sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Where does Weeks rank after his performance tonight, was he biased or was this fight too much for him?
