It's "head honcho" and a college education opens doors that would otherwise be slammed in your face without one. All that street smart nonsense is only good for a rap video, it doesn't translate into real life unless you have a qualifying talent such as being an athlete or a musician, which most people will never be.

It has nothing to do with one group being superior to the other, in fact it's usually the group with the least amount of education who happen to be so insecure they become defensive and label everyone else as "elitists". And for the record both Roger and Floyd are still as dumb as a bag of rocks, I almost feel bad for insulting the rocks.
