I meant that as a compliment to Floyd's genius in the ring. No sarcasm involved.

Mayweather could have translated his IQ as a means to earn more money even after his first retirement. Then the IRS hounds him. Then he had to pay by way of what he knows best: boxing again (for the money).

I'm not really surprised that some very talented athletes who are successful in their chosen sport, sometimes do not necessarily translate to great long-term financial success.

You're right MindBat. I think the Pacman's training camp will focus heavily on Mayweather's defenses and without a doubt will have the right technique for destroying Pretty Boy's highly touted "Shoulder Roll" defense. It will be a spectacle to see what kind of destruction will come about for Floyd. Can't wait. JAT

                Again.

All this working under the assumption that Mayweather features a lot of his shoulder roll defense.

Considering the fact that he's used it against Southpaws before and has eaten clean punches, why feature much of this defense when there are safer options?

"Pacquiao can break that defense and his power shots can disarticulate Mayweather's infamous shoulder-rolling defense," says Dr. Lee who claims to have reviewed several fights of Mayweather,Jr.

                  read more here:
Floyd isn't going to use the shoulder roll, he will most probably use the high guard defense against a southpaw like Pacquiao.

Your a football guy, where would your teams be without your coach? What happened to Tyson after he lost his? Where would PBF be if he didn't have the training from Sr. and his uncle?

I know you've been hating on Pac lately but c'mon, get over it Roach and Pac work together to beat Pac's opponents.
