I like the fact that he came in much better shape in his fight and looked much better for it. he is the best american heavyweight. I think he should give Wlad a good fight but it will be difficult for him to win.

Let's hope he is real competition for the belts, the division certainly needs it. He just has to stay in shape, a problem for everyone it seems that fights the Klitschkos. Big part of his turnaround was finally getting into shape.Comment

Wow, I guess it was a good hear, whatever he did he should keep doing it, not a single hate comment.Comment

What's not to like with this guy?
- takes his job seriously, trains hard & gets into shape
- earned his shot
- technically pretty good and fast
- more exciting to watch than many other fighters
- is more of a gentleman than the average HW
He knows he has a difficult match ahead. The burden of being "the last US hope on the HW belts" does not bother him.Comment

Before he lost weight he had absolutely no chance to win. Now he has no chance to win at all.
Klitschko KO10, unless Chambers goes into a ropeadope shell like Johnson and doesn't wanna get knocked out.Comment

i like Eddie and i think he has a better than average shot at beating Wlad...my only concern is the weight difference. 208 vs 240+ is ALOT to ask of a man to overcome.(against a man that knows how to use his size) Not saying it cannot be done, just saying its an uphill battle to be sureLast edited by Bigdaddy_Vh; 12-22-2009, 01:13 PM.Comment

Nicely written piece. I'm a definite fan of Chambers, it's always nice to see a bigman with speed and who can box.Comment
