Calzaghe Vs Abraham , who takes it ?

id say either calzaghe totally out boxes him for 12 rounds and gets a clear UD or King Arthur catches him cold and sends him to heaven.

Calzaghe by UD. Workrate and unorthodox angles FTW.

        This.

Which is why a Dirrell victory would not be surprising.

Its also Why I said Williams would beat AA.....

When AA fights he LITERALLY does not throw punches until his opponent has stopped..its funny to watch.....

Dirrell has the movement...but can he take that right hand.

Joe Calzaghe would win via UD, his workrate and angles would be too much for Abe.

That's the biggest question mark for me.

Yeah we don't know yet, because the Froch fight showed nothing, because Froch never touched him with a legitimate punch.

*looks around for slimshandy to come marching in*

Anyway, where was I...yes Dirrell can do what Calzaghe should have been able to do to Abraham, but Abe has the sneaky shots. That was a great shot he caught Taylor with in round 9 just as JT got lazy and repetitive in one of his motions.

I think Dirrell is more open for a left hook, but Abraham throws both his right and left hooks wide. There's potential for Dirrell to counter them.

However, that's a big if, and if Dirrell wants to pull it off, he'll have to mature and build upon his last fight.

I think Arthur Abraham just doesn't work harder than he needs to, and I believe he would become much more disciplined against a challenge such as Calzaghe. AA takes Calzaghe's best shots, comes forward and batters a worn-out Calzaghe in the last few rounds. I would bet money on AA for the upset if this fight ever happens.
