I don't think so. He has a slighty speed advantage but Mayweather will use his reach and lateral movement. Pacquiao can't try his best crosses 'cause of counters and maybe his straight will marked by Mayweather as the main key of counters.

I said it already, this is not a good fight for Pacquiao. But i see he trying to outspeed Mayweather and catching him off guard sometimes, and Mayweather outboxing him with sharp jabs, left hooks and sometimes the straight shot.

Pacquiao has also power that can end any fight, even this one. He has talent to knock Floyd out. But i got to respect Floyd's defense, and i see his style as the 'Ultimate Boss' for Pacquiao. If Pacquiao can handle it, he will be top 10 ATG.
