dang man I called cable movers hotline and got a hold of the comcast in cali, and yeah they dont have it, I wonder why, maybe a cali law or something, but comcast in TX has it

Don't know (and don't care) if MTV is gone, but the Military Channel is missing on 3 of my recievers....the Tivo still has it, but not the others. Dialing the phone as I type this.

Ok, just unplug your receiver and reset the system. The problem was caused by an update (upgrade) sent to all RCA receivers, and it caused a few channels to be lost. Resetting it will fix the problem.

hang in there man, it might get better, but hey if you ever order a ppv from your box ,lets say it started at 7:00 at about 7:15pm give them a call and tell them that you are not being able to watch the PPV, make sure to get the name and ext # of who you speak with and asked them to plz note the acct, you can get a way with a free PPV
