This would be a great matchup, but I would sure like to see Cotto take a couple rebuilding fights first.

Cintron does have a solid right hand with real power that gains respect as he fights. That right hand would put anybody away and he is also a good athlete. Kermit doesn't have a fighters heart and when he is not dominating all he does is complain to the Ref and turns his head when he is getting hit. If Cintron get continuous pressure he folds. Unless the fight is at 147 it makes no sense for Cotto to take it

I always thought Cintron was a tough match-up style wise for Cotto. I doubt Cotto would fight him.

t seems to me that everybody who fought Margarito seems to get on the van wagon with the loaded gloves deal, maybe he did may be he did not...But If you really want to proved other wise challenge Margarito to a fight and see for your self and prove to the world that Margarito cheated on all of his fights....But my real question to all of this guys is, did Margarito had cast on his jaw too when they fought him. Cintron hit him reall solid shots and Margarito just laughed about it. I really would love to see Margarito vs Mosley II beacuse if you guys know boxing you cannot tell me that Margarito was the same guy that beat Cotto on the night agains Mosley!

This could be a pretty good fight. Cotto is the much better boxer and a lot faster but anytime he's going against a bigger guy that has knockout power it can be an interesting fight. If not i wouldn't mind seeing Cintron try to avenge either the martinez or margarito losses. Him vs p will could also be a pretty good fight.

If a midget coming up from 135lbs. was stalking down Cotto and having him run for dear life what in the **** do you think a tall powerful natural JMW will do to Cotto? If COtto takes the fight he will end up eating through a straw. Cotto is so overrated it's not even funny. He's done people, stick a fork in him.

As much as I dont really care for Cintron, I still believe Cotto's head is not right and if he gets rocked(which is possible) he will go into flashback mode and will retreat. Cintron is not that great but if he has a smaller fighter backing up, who seems afraid, Cintron becomes even more dangerous.
Cotto Pre-Margarito beats Cintron in 8-10.
Post Margarito Cintron beats Cotto in same.
I have much respect for Cotto but he has something to prove and I need to see it.
