He won't be overly respectful at the press conference like he was with Marquez. He had to do that because everyone was crapping on the fight and he had to hype him as a legitimate opponent. He won't be the clown like he was against De La Hoya and Hatton because he does want to be taken more seriously as a legitimate star.
I think we'll see something along the lines of what he's been saying in interviews. He'll say that Pacquiao can't beat him and that he's the best fighter in the world. He does respect Pacquiao though, he bet on and cheered for Manny in his fight against Morales. A couple years back, during an interview, someone asked him "Who's the best fighter in the world besides yourself?" and without any hesitation he said "Manny Pacquiao."
