Comments Thread For: Humberto Soto May Be Scouting During Valero-DeMarco

According to reports in Mexico, don't be surprised if Humberto Soto will attend, and scout, the February 6 clash between WBC lightweight champion Edwin Valero and mandatory/interm champion Antonio DeMarco, taking place in Mexico. Soto, the current WBC super featherweight champion, made his move to the lightweight division last Saturday in Mexico, winning a decision over former champion Jesus Chavez. [Click Here To Read More]

Valero has to get by DeMarco first. Even if he does, and if Mayweather Pacquiao is indeed March 13th, unless he KOs DeMarco quickly, how is Valero really going to fight Soto six weeks later? I'm down to see this fight, I just don't see it happening March 13.

Or could just say fuuck DeMarco and sign to fight Soto on the Pac-Floyd undercard. Sure he'd give up a belt, but fighting on that card is 100X more rewarding than keeping the belt, imo.

Man, you know I'd bet that **** in a heartbeat if I had double what I had right now - I like Soto and all, but I was planning on putting all my points on Mayweather.

Tell y'what, if the fight gets made after Mayweather-Pacquiao, I'll get back to you. I still haven't even got a response from anyone on my fucking Mosley-Berto bet. :angry2:
