I was going to vote for Mosley, it was a close one between Mosley and Manny. I end up voting for Manny because i'm bias. BTW, Cotto should be in there as well.

Mosley is the hardest hitting welterweight,his power is proven to ko fighters weighting 154!!I have got to see what Pacman does to a fighter that weights in at 147 to really get a feel for his power!!They should fight each other!!

Pacquiao places punches and hits you when you are punching. The punch you don't see coming will almost always drop you...Tyson had a knack of doing that bouncing to an angle where you couldn't land on him but he could hit you and catch you off guard. Heck paulie did it to Juan Diaz. Hit him with a upper cut up under the guard that wobbled him. The punch was not hard but it hit him on the chin and he didn't see it coming....Lefty

I agree. Mosley.He's knocked out bigger guys like Vargas and Mayorga with one punch. And he knocked out Margarito who never even looked hurt in a fight before. I don't see how anybody can say Pacquioa when he has only had 2 fights at 147 and one was a catch weight fight with a fighter not known for having a great chin. I understand bias but this is ridiculous here.
