Definitely be closer than the Williams fight was, but I think Pavlik edges it. Winky doesn't have the movement or the power to beat Kelly, esp at that age/level of inactivity.

Winky has no power, Pavlik is busier and has better stamina than the now old Winky. Look at the Williams fight, old Winky looked good in the first round then he got flooded by shots and even then landed some perfect flush blows to Williams who was not rocked at all, then it got worse from there as Winky tired. Winkys chin is good but I cant see him winning this at this stage of his career.

I would pick Pavlik by a very close decision. He would have far more trouble with Wright than PW did.
