...Pavlik try and get his boyfriend Steve Smoger to referee the fight. Seriously that guy was so biased towards Pavlik in the fight he was just looking for anything little that Espino did wrong:
a) The punch after the bell in round 1, was just a glancing blow in a heated world title fight and smoger just took a point away straight away when any normal referee would have just given Espino a warning plus he pushed Espino in a "don't you dare do that to my man" type of way.
b) The so called low blows in round 2, most of those shots were perfectly fine just on the waist line but Smoger warned Espino again saying something like "don't you make me take another point away girlfriend".
c) The way Smoger was acting after the fight chatting and joking with Pavlik like he was his bloody cheerleader or something.
I used to like Steve Smoger but now I know he's obviously having it off with Kelly Pavlik I have lost all respect for him. I hope Pavlik doesn't get Smoger to referee for the Williams fight otherwise Paul is doomed.
