Sure compared to his old self he was past it but compared to the Mayweather version. Pac had the perfect gameplan and Oscar always had trouble with southpaws even in his prime. What's being weight drained gonna do to him? If he was heavier he still wouldn't have been able to catch Pac. He was lighter and quicker but had no chance.

Being weight drained, makes you weak, tired, less punch resistance, less stamina, on and on.

lol "what can being drained do to you"

It would have shown up in training if that was the case. It's his fault he didn't rehydrate.

No bro he was shot. That said, I think Pacquiao beats Oscar in his prime in a much more competitive fight.

If you go back and read my post at the time that fight was being spoke about, I was the 1st one by a mile that said that Pac could easily win. Everyone thought it was a joke fight but I didnt. The reason I didnt is because I thought Pac was clearly a better fighter than Forbes and that Oscar looked horrible against Forbes at 150. Some were fools and thought Oscar looked good but I thought he looked like crap and so did alot of others. If you watch the Forbes fight then you will see that he got hit clean by Forbes more than like all his fights put together. After the fight his face was all bruised up like he had fought Tyson.

I told everyone if Oscar looked like that at 150 then people are insane if they think he's going to look better at 147. I said he's going to look bad at WW and add that to the fact that Pac is way bigger than you guys think, he will win. I said Pac fights at the lower weights but he still comes into the ring at 147 pounds. He's just as big as Forbes and he is faster & hits harder. Thats why I picked Pac way before anyone else and thats why I think you are wrong. Just look at Oscar vs Mayorga, then Oscar vs Floyd, and then go look at Oscar dropping down to 150 against Forbes. He was much worst in that fight compared to what he looked like against Mayorga & Floyd even though they are better than Forbes. I actually thought Forbes looked like he was going to beat him or stop him a few times

no doubt all those vicious body shots and flush shots to the chin that oscar took was a big reason for why he looked so diminished. even nacho beristein said that oscar was 100 percent and looked tremendous during training camp, even after the slaughter he stated that.

it's funny how people say he "looked" drained. hmm, maybe it was because of the beating he took. you'll always have people who like to discredit fighters performances.

I think you're wrong to a certain point. We all know that Oscar hasn't made the 147 limit for a while so he's a bit drain. Being a bit drain will not play alot in the first two rounds when he nice and fresh. It will effect him in a few rounds but the first two will have nothing on him. Infact Oscar look good for the first two because he's much leaner. That first two round showed that Oscar was getting his ass kicked ready.
