Man, you can't say **** about Pacquiao fans "not knowing boxing". Fans of every fighter have their fair share of dumb-asses, you can't single out one fighter and say "this guy has more knowledgeable fans than anyone else!", because it's bull****. Some of the thickest bastards here are Floyd fans, or Hatton fans, or Hopkins fans, or whatever.

Back to the point: ATG lists are based on opinion. Nobody can pick out a single post in this whole thread and say "this guy is right, the other guy is wrong". It's a mythical list based on opinion, same as P4P.

BTW, say what you want about Pacdbest, but this guy has good knowledge of boxing, I've seen a lot of his posts around various boxing forums for many years. He predicted all the **** we're seeing with Pacquiao now TWO YEARS ago, at least. So say what you like -- he's been proven correct many times and usually he used to get ridiculed by boxing "fans" who told him he didn't know **** because he's a "*******". Now those people are starting to look like fools.

People need to get rid of this ****** ****ing **** about Pacquiao fans not knowing anything. Personally I have watched boxing since the 70's. I probably watched boxing for longer than most of you guys have been alive, so don't be sticking me in that bag of people that "know nothing".

You gotta know when people are joking man -- Pacquiao vs. Godzilla = Pacquiao wins. Try to see the humorous side of it. There's a running joke on here about Pacquiao winning every poll, even ****** ones such as "Who has less hair, Pacquiao or Floyd?". Pacquiao will win that ****!

Regarding Pacquiao fans, there are a ton of them -- all different types -- because he is a superstar. You gotta expect that some fans don't know much but plenty of others do. What's annoying is people who put everyone in the same bag. Feel me? You gotta take this on an individual basis rather than labeling an entire group of people. What's next -- saying all black people are uneducated? Saying all gay people are evil? Women shouldn't be allowed to vote? Not exactly!! DLH's not in my original Pac hit list!! I have Hatton & PBF in Pac hit list after Pac KO Morales. Then Merchant mentioned the Pac-DLH Dream fight. I popped up my DLH DVD collection right away & I came out with the analysis that Pac can beat DLH easy.

I get you pelon (and I actually like Pac and think he is great). maybe you were looking for more of a response like this.\
jcc had a great body attack one of the best ever, a chin no one can say was not like granite, very very well rounded boxer, he was like a methodical machine, not to mention a warriors mentality, he threw every punch very well, uppercuts, jabs, crosses hooks to the body and head and had great stamina.
manny is very fast, and throws punches at odd angles which make it hard for most to defend and has a very high activity rate combined with very good stamina, his chin has been tested but has been kOed ugly, his resume is his greatest asset and his wins very impressive but a stigma that will stick with him is the weight issues with his opponents, a couple seemed to be ad a disadvantage because of questionable negotiating(something jcc never did) Now pac may have still beat these fighters but it is something that will always leave a doubt in peoples minds.
now that is better than, "pac is number one he dabest!!"

c'mon man. i'm not disrespecting you but we all know that our beliefs are subjective. there is no such thing as ideal objectivity or neutrality. in fact, we gather facts to try to show that our position is right, often discarding contrary data and gathering only information that suits our needs.

Rankings are based on opinions. if it were based on facts, ssm should be top WW and not Pac on the current Ring list.
