Neither Pacquiao or Mayweather are in the Top 25 for me....pacquiao doesn't have many notable prime fighters on his resume.....barrera, morales, and de la hoya were no where near their prime......Check out Ali's resume....prime Liston, Patterson, ken Norton, Joe Frazier, George Foreman.......thats 3 argueably 4 top 10 atg great prime heavyweights on his resume......pacquiao has hatton, diaz who are not AtG....and a draw and controversial win against a prime Juan Manuel Marquez
