No chance of this happening, but Lesnar would squash him like a bug. People who know whats up realize that Lesnar has a shocking combination of speed, power, and skills. He'd literally run right over Toney and get him to submit within 20 seconds.

That what Kimbo Slice did, granted he doesn't have as good stand up. But he trained with Bo Cantrell etc. and some great MMA fighters and recently in the ultimate fighter he was taken down from the bell and knocked out on the ground not given a chance to get up
