Oscar is obviously the guy at the top but Benard Hopkins and Shane Mosley,are these guys genuine partners?Do they really have any power or are they token partners?Do they share in profits or are they just like some non executive directors on a fixed salary and no access to dividends?

Oscar used to fight some fighters so he could sign them to Golden Boy when Golden Boy was starting & I think Benard & Shane were signed this way.This was the same way Oscar got involved in mayweather,through options.

That is not true, and i tell you that because i know, i am close to golden boy promotions and i can tell you that oscar is the man there, i used to think that schaefer was the main guy there.

But Oscar is the main guy, he is really the boss and he is not a very patience person when it comes to his company, he takes the desicions and makes them, but for sure he takes into consideration the opinion of richard, and richard handles most of the bussiness but only if Oscar gives his orders.

By the way, Eric Gomez and Ramiro Gonzalez are main guys also, i tell you the truth Shane and Hopkins really have no desicion, i mean when a fight comes up lets say floyd-marquez they are there becuase of promotional stuff, they get their share but they dont participate in the bussiness when making a fight (unless is there fight).

Oscar is just the public figure. Of course he holds a large share of GBP but to say he is the CEO and complete autonomous controller would be very naive.

GBP operates just like any other large business; the real money men are hidden away in the shadows while they have a public figure who does all the public relations work. I'm not for one second suggesting that Oscar is merely just a PR man with a pretty face but he isn't the top man at GBP by any stretch of the imagination.

AEG owns the majority (Schaefer is their representative) of shares contrary to what the press have reported; who have said they own a minority stake.
