collazo should of gotten the decision against berto why hasnt he gotten another shot at a title fight?

He might be a mandated fight again for a title. He deserved at atleast a draw against Hatton and Berto, but you can argue he might have won both fights. At first, i thought he beat Berto, but when i saw it again it was close as Berto did win the last RDS.
Collazo is not a big personality and he did take a beaten from Mosley so he won't be a big name at WW.
