I mean getting knocked down on a fairly regular basis kinda constitutes being chinny. Sure, he was never hurt to the point of being stopped, but oftentimes when he was caught with good shots he got dropped.

For this fight I think Pac wins. His speed and combinations would be an issue, though if Tito landed he could really hurt Pac.

2) Pac's power punch to the face/body for at least 30-40 times per round will tear Trinidad sooner or later

What makes you think he is not going to land? Pacquiao has no defence and he is not a master boxer, he really gets hit a lot. Cotto hit him with ease using his jab so what makes you think Tito would not land at least 200 punches? what most forget is tito took guys out with one punch, i dont think pac will go through the whole fight without tito landing one solid one. tito only had problems with slick boxers and pac is not that.
