Real talk. He balloons up in weight in between fights while Mosley kept himself in shape during that time off. Can someone give me a detailed explanation of why they think Mosley will lose this fight?

Mosley is very old and hasn’t had a tune up. Two solid reasons why he can lose. Mosley also can’t beat any top American fighters -
12 month layoff for a fighter who is what? 37, 38 years old now???
Not to mention if we look a little farther into the past, before the Margarito fight, we see some very mediocre performances where perhaps he is showing his age.
He looked AWFUL agianst Mayorga. that was a MUCH closer fight then people remember. And Mosley was GASPING for air by like the 6th round
Then he lost to cotto. Before that he dominated Collazo but seemed to gas pretty bad in a fight that wasnt really that active.
Combine all that against a hungry young fighter like Berto, who is in his first big fight, and has faster hands then Mosley?
I mean that has trouble written all over it for Mosley. Should be a great and competitive fight, but Berto is definetly a live dog in this one In My Opinion.

1st off I disagree with you talking about his height. Most of the time I see people agreeing with you that he's garbage. I think the other way. I think he's super underrated. Its one thing I talk about all the time on here. You cant think that someone is straight garbage just becasue they struggle with Southpaws. Pretty much everyone does. Its very possible to me that he could look 10x better against Mosley than he did against Urango & Collazo even though Mosley is way better than them. He's still not a Southpaw and that will make the fight much easier for Berto.
The other thing is just like with Hatton, people so underrated Collazo. No one has killed Collazo except Mosley and Collazo took that fight on super short notice and hurt his hand in the 2nd round. It was legit. As for the Urango fight, Berto shouldve definatly done better but his trainer sucks. There game plan was for Berto to move to his right all night because they were scared of Urango's right hook but you never move that way against a Southpaw. No one teaches that. If he wouldve went to the left like he was supposed to then I think he looks 10x better against Urango. It threw his whole rythm off.
I just think you will see the real Berto against Shane and he will fight better because he doesnt have to deal with that Southpaw ****. Ask Paul Williams how he likes fighting them. Ask Wlad. Ask RJ, and so on. With that being said, I lean towards Shane because of the trainers. I would pick Berto if he had a good trainer and Shane still had his dad but Richardson is a beast and Berto has a rookieComment

He gets fat in between fights cuz' he's already comfortable off that HBO money that he hasn't done jack **** to earn.
His biggest accomplishment so far is losing to Collazo. A guy Mosley destroyed.Comment
