Especially how easily Pavilk would ko Hopkins if they fought I mean Pavlik stopped and UD'd Taylor in 2 fights and Taylor beat Hopkins 2X......it would only make sense wouldn't it?

Yep I remember that was peoples actual, sole reasons why they thought Pavlik would KO Hopkins.

It will never stop, triangle theories will always be a big part of boxing discussions no matter how many times people are proven wrong.

        False Advertismnet

        where is the box math?

All I see is the use of the transitive relation which you call triangle theory...

but we all know transitive relations don't hold in boxing.

        proof:

Suppose the transitive relation hods in boxing...

        Margarito beat Cotto

        and Cotto beat Mosley

        Thus by the transitive relation

        Margarito beats Mosley

Contradiction. as we all know Mosley beat margarito.

Therefore boxing does not possess the property of transitivity.

        end of proof.

Thats the point.....its just for fun......also Margarito should beat Pac because he stopped Cotto in 11 and it took Pac 12.
