James Toney vs Antonio Tarver...Who cares??

Does anyone wanna see this fight? Both of them are talking like this is some kind of superfight that boxingfans are looking forward to.

In a recent interview Tarver says he wants a tune up to get used to heavyweight and Toney could fight at the same card. Toney thinks that's a good idea so "Everybody can get excited about the fight"

The only interesting part about this match-up is the verbal fight.

I do because I know when i'm watching a Antonio Tarver or James Toney fight i'm going to see fighters who are willing to go in there and actually fight regardless of there is some trinket on the line or not.

No matter how you feel about him James Toney is a true legend in this sport and Tarver is the self-proclaimed "legend killer".
Tarver has a knockout victory over the one man James Toney has always wanted to avenge his defeat to in Roy Jones so you have the 'beat that men who beat the man who beat me' connection also.

True,this fight is insignificant as far as the title picture but it still has the potential of being a very entertaining matchup.

I could not care less. Tarver and Toney are both far past it and they are nowhere near the same weight division.
