If Valero would hope to get on the Manny P. -Mayweather fight undercard, it could only hapen if the promotion takes place in Texas, since Valero is banned from fighting anywhere else in the U.S. [There may be one or two unimportant areas where he also can fight but only one "large crowd venue]

If the promotors are interested in guaranteeing a good undercard to go along with the main event, it might be an extra inducement to have the promotion in Texas, rather than in as Vegas.

That is, if they want Valero to fight for them.

Valero vs DeMarco is a step up in class for both fighters

I hope more good fighters try and get on this undercard so that the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight card is stacked from top to bottom and an overall great night for boxing on the big stage

well a step up in class for valero would be
moving up 5 pounds to slugfest hardcore with Marcos Maidana as both of them have everything to gain but nothing to lose. (realistically speaking of course)

I hope he gets on the undercard, I thought he couldn't get a license to fight in Vegas...Anyhow I want to see how good he really is.

I think it'll be a very explosive fight for as long as it lasts, DeMarco has shown some good poise and skills in the his couple of fights but his defense still needs some work, he's not the hardest guy to hit and he takes a few rounds to warm up. It's just not a good combination against a guy who comes at you from the opening bell like Valero does. I got Valero by knockout in 3 or 4 rounds, as I said though, this fight will have fireworks.
