The Gatti fight was Floyd's first big jump into stardom- his first PPV- and he dominated. Now, Manny is far better than Arturo, but I get what you're saying. If Floyd brings more than he ever has before, if he wants this fight more than ever, if he hates the way Manny is loved and wants to prove something- is willing to put 100% into that ring even if its his last fight- well, that'd be a scary sight to see.
I guess the question is; is Floyd going to age well? I mean, he's at that place where- in the early 30's- a fighter begins to dip. He loses a bit of speed first, then his footwork follows. If Floyd lost either of those, it'd be a much longer, harder night against Manny than Floyd fan's hope for.
