valero would have his number, maybe not as early as usuall but there would be a flurry sooner or later that would stop the fight.
Does anyone at 140 beat Bradley?

How can you say this division is weak with Khan, Ortiz, Alexander, Petersen, Maidina, Marquez, Holt, Campbell, Diaz, Malinaggi, Rocky juarez, Chris John and many upcoming prospects. No need to mention Prescott, Kovetkin and the Euros.Comment

Personally, I think Khan has the best chance.
He's big, strong, powerful, and most importantly, very, very fast. He'd need to fight at a distance, if he traded with Bradley he'd find trouble, and may get stopped again unless his chin problems have resolved now he's moved up (At LW his Body Fat was way too low, I always thought it could be affecting his punch resistance).
But, I'd favour, or at least give him a good chance against anyone at 140 (Bradley, I mean).Comment

This is a sound assessment. I first saw Bradley against Manuel Garnica and was absolutely blown away. I mean, blown away. He hasn't looked that good since IMO.Bradley was my guy after the Witter fight and I thought he was the next big thing in boxing. Obviously he hasnt lost since and has a very good resume but I actually lost some of my hype for him in his previous 2 fights. I thought he would easily beat Holt & Nate because thats how much respect I had for him but I came away from both fights thinking that the other 2 guys couldve won if they had fought better. I thought Bradley looked very suspect so thats why Im not ready to say he's unbetable yet but he definatly in the Peterson fight looked like the guy who I thought would be specialComment

What have you seen from Valero that makes you think he will be able to land his power cleanly on a polished fighter like Bradley? I just think Bradley is more proven and has too much of everything for Valero. Bradley is not known as a puncher, but I think he would stop Valero within the distance. Valero has one heck of a punch, but I've never seen him in a situation where he can't land it yet. I think Bradley would present that situation.Comment

Why is Craig Watson rocking his world in head gear?Personally, I think Khan has the best chance.

Whether that is a legit argument, Willie Limond had 5 knockouts in 30+ fights when he fought Khan, Gomez caught him with an arm punch that had no body in behind it.Last edited by Dynamite Kid; 12-17-2009, 08:02 PM.Comment
