So if you advocate boxing you SHOULDN'T be against the UFC. I personally don't follow the UFC but they have brought a lot of younger viewers cause boxing is one of the deciplines that you have to know in order to be competitive. There is room for everybody and the UFC is not taking fans from boxing

The UFC is its infancy stage and has some way to go. It has improved from the first UFC I saw in UFC 1(which the only 2 rules were no biting or eye gauging) but it does have a following. I do respect it for what it is but boxing has a rich history and is a recognized world wide sport.

all this talk of steriods and bad mouthing is just truly a part of boxing. some people find it offensive, even down right racist. but IT IS BOXING! where one man from some part of the world is going to face another man from another part of the world. If your from where one of these fighters are, you will root for them. because it makes a person feel represented. I understand it, but Chavez is the best Mexican boxer...My props still to Roger. You can´t win them all, and can´t discredit him because of not being able to continue fighting, maybe he did it for his own good, your health is at stake. But that´s just me.
