Bull****, a prime De La Joto ran against Tito, fought not to lose against Mosley(especially in the first one).
De La Joto was one talented mofo and very skilled fighter at that in his heyday, but, there's one reason he did not achieve greatness, he lacked f**kin' balls. All version of De La Joto lacked balls! He lacked balls when he was in his prime, he lacked balls when he was past his prime.
And to answer the thread question: I'm gonna pick Joto, but, man, a prime Joto never looked great against a lefty. He had no shame for ducking Winky Wright all throughout his career.
You know, De La Joto was much faster in his youth, his speed is comparable to PAC's, but, a southpaw can make that fast fighter look lost in that ring!Last edited by NYU Alum.; 12-16-2009, 11:22 PM.Comment

Bull****. The 2nd biggest win of Hatton's career after Tszyu was against Malignaggi who was supposed to outbox him as decisively as Mayweather after being given the blueprint.Comment

any version of oscar was grossly overrated.
for a guy physically & athletically gifted he was very robotic with his movement. he never flowed as a fighter on offense & wasnt quite good enough on defense. He had a identity crisis in terms of what style he wanted to take. Should he be a boxer or brawler. He was good at both but never great. In his prime he gassed, & always lost his biggest fights.
If he wasnt good looking & mexican american he wouldnt be who he is today.Comment
