          yep to train with Freddie Roach... which is amazing because he trains Pacman, Khan and Rigondeaux ... all of them have superb movement, fast hands and decent to incredible power. this will only help Rigondeaux, esp wit the great sparrin Freddie arranges for all of them. not to mention all the conditioning by Alex Ariza!

              hopefully rigo takes this serious...he's 28, he needs to get involved every month to get into a championship by next year hopefully.
