Do you think Pernell Whitakers can beat Shane Mosley at 135lbs?...

Mosley was such a beast at 135 however the level comp is really lacking in his resume. I wish he would of Stevie Johnston at LW. And, we could of seen how good he really was at that weight.

Pernell at 135 in his prime was untouchable at his peak very very difficult to beat. I will pick Whitaker to beat Mosley at 135. I think the southpaw stance the slick boxing, and his defense with his jab will be too much for Mosley.

point taken, and the only way I can see Whitaker beating Mosley is pretty much outboxing him... A lightweight Mosley was monsterous... I've said a lightweight matchup between Floyd and Mosley a few years back at 135 would have been one of the best match up of all time... too bad it it didnt happen
