Why is Floyd afraid to fight Pacquiao? Did he lost his WILL as a boxer/fighter to face real competition?

First he wants Olympic style test to drain Pac's blood and now he wants the fight at 154 lbs so that he could force Pac to use 10 oz gloves. He fought Marquez at 144 lbs why can't he fight Pac at 147? Pac is not even a true welter. This just shows that he is clearly afraid of Pac.

He's gonna get more flaks if he decided to back out from his fight with Pacquiao. Seems like he going to demand stipulations that for sure will be unacceptable to Team Pacquiao.
