    Jose benavidez/Shawn Porter sparring

This kid looks very promising although he hasn't turned pro.....he's tall and he seems very patient and talented for his age. He's only 17.Here's a clip of him sparring Porter:

Yeah right... If the kid is in the same weight class as Khan he wouldn't last 1 round against Khan in the professionals. Sparring is very very different then an actual fight.

Nothing special. Looks like your typical flat footed plodder. Besides, who is Shawn Porter and what does sparring have to do with a real bout? So I guess Spadafora is > Mayweather, right?? Ridiculous.

Seems really good I can definately see that he's making full use of his height and reach advantage. He maintains composure too not bad, I'd definately like to see more of him.

He will be one of the next stars. Also, whoever said he wouldn't beat Khan is daft. The guy is twice the size, has slick head movement and controls the fight very well.

Being only 17, not even a pro yet, he has a huge future. Hope he starts to keep his hands up more though.

Its there for him if he wants it. If he's as good as he looks then he could be the next Oscar, seriously. He has that type of look, personality, fighting ability, and he will be consigned by guys like Roach, Pac, Naz, and Khan who will make people want to see him

So many have come, but only a tiny few have made it.

I wont look much into him, except when he takes on a big name.
