If they had one little sliver of proof, then maybe it could get some air time and serious discussion. But he's never been caught doing anything wrong. All his pre and post fight drug tests have been clean. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Margo got caught tampering with wraps, he lost right to have anyone trust he had clean hands in any of his other fights. Manny is to all of our knowledge, a clean boxer and great one at that. He didn't care about the Olympic style drug testing, so he obviously has nothing to hide.

Funny you mention Bolt as both men are genetically different than any other in the sport before them. Bolt is so damn fast because nobody with his height has ever had the leg speed he does, Pacquiao is one of the only great Asian athlete we've been able to seen in the boxing world. There's a reason Asians have excelled at martial arts for centuries.
