Neither. He's gonna win a hard fought decision or maybe hit Pacquiao with something he doesn't see when Pac is going hard for the late round KO.

Mayweather is going to win this fight big. How he does it will all depend on Pacquiao.

If Pacquio is insistent on boxing floyd, it will be Floyd win by UD.

If Pacquiao wildly goes for the KO, he will get countered to death and Floyd may end up winning by stoppage.
