Hungry for what though? How realistic is it that he'll see another big fight in his career in Boxing? Slim to none...

But jumping to the UFC is just absurd. You have to deal with very rigorous training that someone at Toney's age should just stay away from.

Toney gets killed in the Octagon unless he's been working his ass off lately to understand how to avoid getting his butt whooped on the ground. And personally I think he has no shot at HW in the UFC. What is he 5'10"? He'd probably need to drop down to Middleweight which is 185, and he has no chance to get to that. If he did though, he'd have a decent chance, because outside of Anderson Silva there isn't a lot there. He'd need to fight other guys with no ground game if he stayed at HW or LHW. Guys like Kimbo, Chieck Kongo, Houston Alexander, maybe even Chuck Lidell now. But even though he's a big boxing guy, it's not like the mainstream people are gonna be like "OH **** JAMES TONEY OMG" so I dunno if Dana would accomadate him like that. Although marketing him as a 6 weight class champion in boxing would be a great buildup to throwing him in there against a Brock Lesnar type, to see him get destroyed. That would be great for Dana and Joe's anti-boxing agenda and the MMA fans would eat it up, forgetting he's now over 40 and fat.

mma is more complex than that homie..boxers tend to disrespect that sport....those fighters train for years to get to the top..just like boxers do..

You'd really spend a Saturday Night watching James Toney vs Antonio Tarver?

I think Sylvia's prime years were in his Mother's womb.
