Hatton had some good rounds in the beginning but once Floyd figured out his moves, it was over from the 4th or 5th round on.

I'm discrediting the ref, but Floyd contributed to the ref showing either via bribe (not unlikely with the Mayweathers) or all the talk about Hatton being a dirty fighter in the build-up designed to put pressure on the referee.

The reason Hatton's performance dropped off was because he was taking big shots every time Cortez needlessly broke them up as Hatton would rush in after a break-up otherwise the last 6 were going to be like the first 6. He also chased the fight too hard when Cortez hit him with a point deduction diving in needlessly - again down to Cortez being a buttbrain.

Marquez was never in the Mayweather fight, it wasn't a contest it was an exhibition and insult to boxing, one fighter couldn't be hurt.
