That's bull****. Cotto never ducked anyone. That lame **** about fighting Mayweather at 140 is garbage.

I didnt accuse anyone of ducking, Im just saying that Bob Arum had control of both fighters when they were undefeated 140 lbers and showed no desire to pit one against the other. Bob Arum was protecting Cotto. Which is why he put Mayweather in the ring with Demarcus Corley first before Cotto.

Cotto is good but even a guy like Arum knows deep down Mayweather is the best in the world.
