I don't think so. I think underneath all the bravado and materialism he is hungry for greatness. If he lost he'd want to redeem himself.

Contrary to the belief of many on here Naz wasn't forced into retirement by losing to MAB. He just didn't have the hunger anymore, he had one more fight a year later then retired a rich man.

Whether Floyd retires if he loses comes down to two things: Hunger and money, the same reasons why every boxer either quits or keeps fighting.

you could argue that the best thing that could happen is for Floyd to lose, then he will stop protecting his -0- and we will see a much more aggressive Floyd in the future. I personally think Floyd is a great however he hasnt fully reached his potential yet and perhaps if he lost then that would allow his full potential to be achieved. Sounds silly but sometimes to be great you have to lose.

Can you imagine the rematch? It would be even bigger than the first fight. Personally i hope floyd wouldnt retire and wouldnt think that he has to just as he lost, he still has a lot to give to boxing and the fans and to come bk from a loss is what makes a real champ.

Still kinda think he will beat pacman tho so it all cud be pointless convo
