He's just a D-ranked fighter. He is not the MOST avoided fighter but the MOST ignored fighter. And this is really due to his lack of overall charisma.

I don't see anything wrong with him calling out Manny, at least he might actually have a chance of getting a fight. He knows Gayweather won't fight him so he won't bother calling that ***** out. Besides, he just wants to make that money.
