contrary to popular belief, there ain't no massive party or random orgies going on in the street of manila when manny wins. sure, most people would know and are happy that manny won but they don't go out burning mexican flags and sacrificing their first born to a bronze image of him.

the us media make it seem like manny some type of god to the filipinos, and say that he would be the next president and other ignorant ****. he's a pretty popular celebrity, a sports hero. that is all he is.

if he loses, of course most would be disappointed. but no one's gonna kill himself over it.
